This notice explains how BlastProjects LLC handles personal information through blastprojects.com, including inquiries, appointment scheduling, and client sign-in. Products and third-party websites linked from our portfolio may have separate privacy notices.

Information you provide

When you contact us or schedule a conversation, we receive the information you submit, such as your name, email address, selected appointment time, subject, message, budget selection, or optional notes. When you use client sign-in or password recovery, we process the account information needed to provide that service. If you choose Google or Apple sign-in when available, the information shared depends on that provider and the permissions shown during sign-in.

Please do not put passwords, payment details, or sensitive project information in scheduling notes or inquiry messages.

How information is used

We use this information to respond to inquiries, arrange and manage conversations, provide requested account services, communicate about your project, and protect the website and client access.

Services and technical information

Replit supports website hosting and application infrastructure, PostgreSQL stores website and account records, and Resend delivers transactional email. Google and Apple may process information when their optional sign-in methods are enabled and selected. Their handling of information is also subject to their applicable privacy terms.

The website processes technical information needed for operation and security, including IP address, browser or device information, request details, and account-session activity. For client sign-in security, an IP address may be sent to ipwho.is to derive an approximate city, region, and country. Application and hosting logs may also contain request and response information used to operate and troubleshoot the service.

Cookies, preferences, and tracking

The website uses cookies that are necessary for account sessions and third-party sign-in security. It also stores interface preferences, such as theme or sidebar state, in your browser. No advertising pixels or site analytics trackers were identified in the website application, and the site does not currently use a separate Do Not Track signal response. Infrastructure and linked third-party services may process requests under their own privacy terms.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit optional information. Some information is needed to provide a requested appointment or account service. For questions or to request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted through this website, email hello@blastprojects.com. Tell us the email address associated with your inquiry or account and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Applicable requirements and legitimate recordkeeping obligations may affect what can be provided or deleted. Do not send passwords or identity documents with your initial request.

Retention

Information is retained according to the needs of the requested service, account security, operational records, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Account sessions and sign-in security tokens have configured expiration periods, but the website does not apply one fixed retention period to every type of record.
